Your Kulamigo will be introduced to the fundamentals of yoga, work on gross and fine motor skills, balance and coordination, all while singing, dancing, and giggling with their friends!
This class captures the imaginations of preschoolers through yoga adventures, animated poses, and magical relaxing journeys. Fun yoga games are used to teach collaborative play as well as sharpen listening skills, both helpful tools as your child transitions to school.


Ages 3-7 years
Children's yoga is a wonderful way for your Kula Kid to develop balance, strength, coordination, breath awareness and the ability to relax. Kula Kids will explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery and relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness. All our classes are lively and fun.

Our popular after school yoga classes are a great way to wind down and relax after a day of academics adding a noncompetitive yet highly physical activity to your child's curriculum. Whether your child has grown up with Austin Kula Yoga or is just becoming a new Kula Kid, our Kula Klub House classes are a perfect way for K-3rd to have fun, socialize, and benefit from exercise. We introduce balance and strength via a variety of postures, partner poses including simple balancing poses and inversions to help build self-confidence while experiencing the world upside down. Playful breathing exercises, creative imagery, and relaxation are introduced which give your Kula Kid important skills to carry with them into their busy school and social lives.
